Empowering Communities Through Compassion: SRM Foundation’s Remarkable Initiative

On 8th December 2024, the Sangli-based SRM Foundation, under the visionary leadership of Directors Ravindra Mangave and Shamika Nadkarni, carried out a significant act of service as part of the Karmaveer Arogya Abhiyan. The event took place in Sawalwadi, where the foundation distributed essential medical materials, including robotic wheelchairs, hearing aids, and Jaipur feet, to differently-abled individuals. Additionally, school uniforms and educational materials were provided to underprivileged students, ensuring they have the resources to pursue their education with dignity.

For over 20 years, SRM Foundation has been at the forefront of patient care and community service in Kolhapur and Sangli districts. Their ongoing initiatives include blood donation camps, health camps, and free eye check-ups, reaching out to thousands of needy individuals. This recent effort reaffirms their commitment to uplifting the lives of the poor and differently-abled, showcasing their dedication to creating a more inclusive and compassionate society.

Through their unwavering charitable spirit, SRM Foundation continues to inspire and empower communities, proving that small acts of kindness can spark meaningful change.
